This timely workshop series is designed for NHS staff and voluntary organisations, to promote understanding of the options and opportunities for future delivery of care.

How do we compete with big companies for NHS contracts?
What are ‘public interest companies’?
What skills do directors need?
What is the best board composition?
What is vertical and horizontal integration?
What is TUPE and how does it affect staff?
What help is available?
