An Introduction to the Right to Provide – Breakfast Workshops
TPP Law, Buzzacott and Hope Street Centre are running two workshops this summer in London and Liverpool for healthcare and public sector workers and managers interested in the Right to Provide scheme.
The Right to Provide gives healthcare workers new rights to provide the services they deliver as employee-owned mutuals. These staff-led enterprises have many benefits, from increasing job satisfaction to improving service delivery to the public.
The workshop is designed to help healthcare employees considering exercising their Right to Provide and managers whose staff members may be interested in the scheme.
Expert speakers will be giving an introduction and overview of the Right to Provide and the governance, legal, financial and tax issues which healthcare workers and their managers will need to consider.
