THE TROJAN MOUSE
The butterfly in our logo is more than a passing nod to complexity science and the application of complexity thinking to public sector organisations.One of the ideas involved in complexity thinking is the idea that small changes can deliver big effects (and vice versa).
Thus Trojan mice can have a bigger impact than the Trojan horse; they can change things from within, perhaps even avoiding some of the carnage…..!
We like this idea, and we think it is particularly relevant to health services now, where clinicians have the opportunity to be the new NHS providers in the face of competition from the new Trojan horses…..are you out there Trojan mice?
